On Friday, October 4th, we were excited to break ground on a new multi-family housing development site in New London, CT! Working with The Connection Fund, we have designed 12 garden-style apartments around a central green space. Photovoltaics, structural insulated panels (SIPs) and sensitive siting are some of the sustainable features of the project.

This event was attended by the mayor of New London, Daryl Finizio. We are proud to be part of the team making this important project a reality.
