Our internal office J.E.D.I. Committee - a group that works to acknowledge and denounce racism and sexism, along with other injustices within the field - will push forth and maintain accountability in our efforts for equity and environmental justice within the field through active community engagement.
NOMAct
NOMAct (National Organization of Minority Architects, Connecticut Chapter) is a professional development organization that promotes, champions, and highlights the work of architectural professionals throughout all of Connecticut with the purpose of minimizing the effects of racism in our profession. Principal, Paolo Campos is a founding member and former President of the Connecticut Chapter.
Volunteering & Mentorship
Our office seeks to regularly engage in community volunteering that supports the education and sharing of sustainable and equitable design practices such at Habitat for Humaity and Community Cleanups. Additionally, our office takes the opportunity to meet with local schools and universities to educate and engage with students on sustainable design practice and host educational sessions within our office.
