Architectural Designer
We are looking for a talented, inquisitive and motivated individual to join our team on a full time basis. Preference will be given to applicants with 1-5 years of experience following a professional / NAAB accredited architecture degree and who are actively pursuing architectural licensure via AXP and/or ARE. We are offering a hybrid working schedule, with partial time in our newly renovated Passive House historic building in New Haven and with an option to work remotely as well.
Our designers are mentored by licensed architects and work closely with them on acquiring and honing professional skills such as research, design, documentation, presentation, and collaboration on projects at all scales. Designers are encouraged to work with greater independence and confidence over time, by attending and participating in client meetings and by making regular presentations to the office team on their work.
Knowledge and experience in Autodesk Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Cloud platforms are a must. Experience with other modeling, simulation and analysis tools such as Insight, Rhino, cove, WUFI, or others is encouraged, as are rapid prototyping and other unique design skills.

Architect / Associate
We are looking for a talented, inquisitive and motivated individual to join our team on a full time basis. Preference will be given to licensed architects 5-10 years of experience following a professional / NAAB accredited architecture degree. We are offering a hybrid working schedule, with partial time in our newly renovated Passive House historic building in New Haven and with an option to work remotely as well.
Our Associates are expected to have strong time management, communication skills, initiative and enthusiasm for what we do and how we work. Associates are expected to work under the supervision of a senior associate or principal on medium to large projects, to develop design and technical solutions at all phases of project design and construction, and to mentor design staff on skill building and professional development. As skills and competency are improved, Associates will be asked to present directly to clients or stakeholders and to participate in business development activities.
