We are proud to have been a part of an ambitious renovation and restoration project for a brand new restaurant in downtown New Haven, CT. On March 27, 2013, Roìa opened its doors to the public with a choreographed kick-off event that included tastings of the delectables, a jazz ensemble and a ribbon cutting with the mayor of New Haven, John DeStefano!
