Patriquin Architects is delighted to welcome our summer junior designers, Sarah, Sean, and Rylie!

Sarah joins us from Carnegie Mellon University, where she is currently pursuing her Master of Architecture. She earned her undergraduate degree in architecture from Roger Williams University and brings a thoughtful balance of academic rigor and creative exploration to the studio. With prior experience in Connecticut, she’s eager to expand her perspective and engage with new project types, design challenges, and team dynamics. Her energy and curiosity have been evident from day one, and we’re excited to see how she continues to grow over the course of the summer.

Sean is entering his final year in the M.Arch program at Wentworth Institute of Technology. He brings a calm, focused approach to design and a genuine interest in architecture that supports and uplifts communities. With several thoughtful student projects already under his belt, he is eager to deepen his skills while contributing meaningfully to ongoing work in the office. His clear communication and collaborative spirit have already made a positive impact.

Rylie joins us from Platt Technical High School, where they are studying architecture as part of a technical and career education track. This is one of their first experiences in a professional architecture setting, and they’ve brought a refreshing sense of curiosity, excitement, and openness to learning. From model making to drawing, Rylie is enthusiastically diving into each task and asking insightful questions along the way.

We’re thrilled to welcome Sarah, Sean, and Rylie to the studio. In the weeks ahead, we’ll be sharing highlights from their time at Patriquin, including weekly reflections that offer a behind-the-scenes look at what they’re learning, creating, and experiencing during their summer with us.
