The owner of Tritown Family Practice wished to move her medical practice into a larger medical condo. It was crucial to keep the warmth of the original space in her new offices, which would accommodate a growing number of patients.

A first phase of schematic options determined the best layout for efficient movement of patients and staff. Materials were selected for warmth and sustainability, leading to a subtle color palette in the  naturally-lit rooms.
