In tandem with the new school year, we are renovating our offices – new finishes, lighting and furniture. Some features:
- New flooring is cork for better indoor air quality than the previous carpeting.
- Fluorescent lighting is being replaced with more efficient LED fixtures throughout, with the help of an incentive program with United Illuminating.
- Moveable furniture keeps our space planning flexible and allows both collaboration and some privacy for everyone in the studio.
- Two conference rooms allow for meeting space and privacy space for phone calls in our otherwise open studio layout.
- Plants give the studio some color, help bring the outdoors in and help with air quality.
Here are some renderings made in Revit (3D modeling) and Lumion (quick renderings)…
Take a look at some images of our office from the Kings Block Open House event this past September.
