We conduct extensive research prior to beginning the design process to find the essence of the project and to ensure that the architecture appropriately reflects the clients’ needs as well as the structure’s surroundings. Whether a building is a new home, an office space, a restaurant, a medical building, or a mixed-use building, we ensure the new structure is respectful of its site, of its neighbors, of the environment.
We research town records and works with architectural historians and town historical boards to ensure any architectural renovation or addition to an historical building is respectful of the structure’s origins. The end result depicts our sensitivity to history and form.
Those who work or visit a space must be at ease, comfortable in the environment, and inspired by their surroundings. We recognize the importance of environment and space efficiency in the overall success of her client’s business goals and creates designs that reflect these goals.
We perform a comprehensive site analysis and navigate the local regulatory approval processes to create architectural environments that are livable and sustainable–and to code.
